I can't recommend Jay Horn highly enough! From the moment I started training with him, it was clear that he is incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to his clients' success. Jay not only provides expert guidance on fitness and nutrition, but he also offers invaluable advice on rehabbing and working around injuries. This has been particularly important for me, as I have a history of back issues. Jay’s ability to tailor workouts around my previous injuries has been a game changer! I initially sought out Jay after my doctor told me that, due to my age, I should just accept being 15-20 pounds heavier. My husband had a fantastic experience with Jay, so I decided to give it a try. In less than three months, I’ve lost over 10 pounds and experienced significant positive changes in my body composition. My arms are now defined, my waist is smaller, back fat is diminishing, my legs are toned, and my butt looks better than ever. Jay truly cares about his clients. Jay takes a no nonsense approach to training. Everything he teaches is science based. Jay has years of experience successfully changing body composition. Fad diets are never part of the regimen since the nutrition advice is sound! Clients are encouraged to work intensely during training sessions and Jay teaches how to perform all movements safely with correct form, aiding muscle development. I had the unique opportunity to take one of Jay’s classes at CSN. We were able to gain more practical experience and insight into his textbook. Jay’s books are extremely helpful in understanding the best way to approach training and nutrition. My body composition was at its best when he prepared me for a natural physique competition. His detailed approach to my fitness plan has exceeded my expectations.
